EMERGENCY RESPONSE TOOLS CORP.

Equivalency by Jurisdiction

First Aid Regulations vary between jurisdictions in North America, and where you are standing at the moment dictates the type of equipment you may be required to have. This list is meant to assist you in determining which standard the Emergency Response Kit fulfills in the region in which you work.

This is a work in progress, and changes constantly….please let us know if you discover innaccurate information here, and we will attempt to correct as quickly as possible.

It should also be noted that some jurisdictions have established requirements for items that are to be included in a first aid kit that have nothing to do with medicine (such as a pencil, or directions about how to use a telephone, or region specific forms) and while such items are not included with the ERTC Emergency Response Kit, they may be added added afterwards. Throughout the U.S., ANSI and OSHA standards stipulate that site specific equipment should be added to the minimum fill lists.
